Payment Plan Agreement

This Payment Plan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between Magdalena Homes LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and [Buyer's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."

1. Property Reference: This Agreement is entered in connection with the purchase of the pre-fabricated house referenced in the previously entered Deposit Agreement, including all fixtures and improvements therein (the "Property").

2. Payment Schedule: The Buyer agrees to make a total of four payments to the Seller according to the following schedule:

a. Payment 1:
