Magdalena's mission is to create housing solutions that are affordable and sustainable. Magdalena's M1 can comfortably house two people, is portable, and can be powered with solar energy. With a life expectancy of over thirty years, the M1 constitutes an attractive low-cost housing solution that can be financed and re-sold. 

To create larger spaces, the M1 can be combined with the M2, which is just as portable and affordable as the M1. The M1 and M2 together create a two-bedroom-two-bathroom home of approximately 800 square feet, with a loft that can function as a third sleeping area.
